'Yolanda wiped out communities in Guiuan, E. Samar'

Lack of food and water has forced typhoon-affected residents in Eastern Samar to resort to stealing. Speaking with ANC on Wednesday, Eastern Samar Rep. Ben Evardone gave a detailed picture of the situation on the ground. Evardone said almost all communities in Guiuan town were wiped out due to super typhoon "Yolanda."
