MANILA - The Aquino administration will not neglect areas that have been devastated by previous disasters such as the earthquake in Bohol, typhoon Santi in Central Luzon and an attack by Moro rebels in Zamboanga City, a government spokesman said Monday. Presidential Communication Operations Office Secretary Herminio Coloma said President Aquino has no plans this week to return to areas devastated by super typhoon Yolanda.
