Learn how to make Finger Licking and Delicious Breakfast घुघरा - Ghughra with our chef Toral.

This Deep-fried appetizing Ghugras make tea time significantly more interesting. Serve this ghughras hot as they tend to get cold and soggy after a while. Make this ghughras for your loved ones and let us know in the comment section below.


Ingredients:
(Serves 2)

- 150gms All-Purpose Flour
- Salt(As per taste)
- 2-4 tbsp Oil
- Water
- 4-5 Potatoes(boiled)
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt
- Coriander leaves(chopped)
- Sweet Chutney
- Coriander & mint leaves chutney
- Nylon Sev

Methos:

1. Take all-purpose flour, salt, oil in a bowl and mix it

2. Now, add water and knead the dough gently with soft hands

3. Put 1 tsp of oil on the dough and knead it nicely

4. Keep the dough aside for 5-10 minutes and start with the further procedure

5. Take boiled potatoes in a bowl and mash it using hands

6. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander leaves and mix it nicely

7. The mixture and the dough are both ready. Now start making the ghughra

8. Use some dry flour and make puri out of a small piece of dough.

9. Add potato stuffing in the center and fold it half-side, followed by folding the ends and giving it the shape of a ghughra

10. Now, in a pre-heated oil start frying the ghughra on a low flame and fry it until ghughra turn light brown or crispy

11. Once the ghughra is done, take it out on a plate

12. Make a hole in the center of each ghughra and put sweet chutney, coriander & mint leaves chutney, nylon sev and serve it
