Paneer Lifafa Paratha is a stuffed paratha recipe which looks crusty outside and soft inside, made in envelope shape with paneer stuffing.
Paneer Lifafa Paratha a soft and sumptuous paratha shaped like a lifafa or envelope to hold the tangy and peppy paneer stuffing.
In Lifafa paratha, dough and stuffing both are preparing in a general way but we fold the dough in the shape of an envelope with stuffing. To make Lifafa paratha, use paneer burji as stuffing. To prepare dough you can use refined flour or wheat flour or both.
It’s a perfect recipe for kids & Adults lunchbox. You can serve these parathas with chutney, pickle or curd.

Ingredients:
For Stuffing
1 tsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Green Chilli (chopped)
1 Onion (chopped)
1 cup Spinach (shredded)
1 tsp Chaat Masala
1/4 tsp Garam Masala
Salt
250 gms Paneer (crumbled)
Wheat Flour Dough
Wheat Flour Slurry
1 tsp Oil
Method: Let's start with heating up the Oil with Cumin Seeds, Green Chilli (chopped), Onion (chopped). Next, saute for a few moments then add Spinach (shredded), Chaat Masala, Garam Masala mix it together properly. Next, add Salt then stir fry this on high flame and add Paneer (crumbled) mix it again (as shown in the video) now let your filling cooled down completely. Next, re-knead the Wheat Flour Dough then divide this into the egual portion, now take the first portion and with the help of oil roll this portion into a thin sheet. Next, add in the Filling into the Sheet then close the sheet and make it into square Lifafa using Wheat Flour Slurry. Next, make a Lifafa shape (as shown in the video) then dry roast in the Pan initially after that add Oil and pan fry the Lifafa on both side. Do the same with remaining Portion and your Paneer Lifafa is ready to serve.
