- In a bowl add chopped onion, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, Ajwain, Amchur powder, jeera powder, green chilli, coriander and sev
- Take ball of kneaded dough and roll it into flat roti place the sev filling over it and close it from all sides apply some flour and roll again
- Place the paratha on tawa and roast it then apply ghee and let it cook.
