Learn how to make Garlic Naan at home with Chef Seema Gadh on Swaad Anusaar.

Ingredients:
2 cups All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
Salt
Coriander leaves, chopped
1/2 cup Curd
2 tsp Oil
Milk
Garlic, crushed
Ghee
Butter

For Plain Naan
Coriander leaves, chopped
Sesame seeds
Bishops seeds
Ghee
Butter

Method of preparation:
For Garlic Naan
In a bowl, add all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, coriander leaves, curd, oil and mix them well.
Add milk and knead it into a dough.
Cover the dough and keep it aside to rest for 1/2 an hour.
Top it with coriander leaves, garlic and roll it.
Fry it nice on one side and roast it on other side.
Take it out on a plate, apply ghee and butter.

For Plain Naan
Take a portion of the dough and flatten it, add coriander leaves, sesame seeds and roll it.
Fry it nice on one side and roast it on other side.
Take it out on a plate, apply ghee and butter.

Our Plain & Garlic Naan are ready to serve.
