Mushroom Pulao is a veg pulao recipe made with a mix of fresh mushrooms, vegetables and Indian spices. It is a simple and healthy pulao recipe that you can make for your friends and family. Do try it at home and share your feedback in the comments below.

Ingredients:
5 tbsp Oil
15 Curry leaves
3 Green Chillies, chopped
3 Spring onion white, chopped
2 Tomatoes
1 Carrot
Salt
1 tbsp Black Pepper powder
150 gms Mushroom, chopped
400 gms Rice, parboiled
Spring Onion greens, chopped

Method of preparation:
Heat oil in a vessel, add curry leaves, green chillies, spring onion white, saute it nicely.
Add tomatoes, carrot, salt, black pepper powder, mushrooms, saute it nicely and let the mushroom cook.
Add rice, mix well and let it cook.
Add spring onion greens, mix well and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Switch off the gas and take it out on a serving plate.
Our Mushroom Pulao is ready.
