Kali mirch (Black pepper ) 5-6
Laung (Cloves) 4
Pyaz (Onion) Sliced 2

Tamatar (Tomatoes) 3
Red chilli flakes (kuti lal mirch)1tsp
Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste)
1 tbs

Beef qeema (Beef mince)
handchopped½ kg
Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste

Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
Lal mirch powder (Red chili-
powder)1/2tsp
Hari mirch (Green chilies) for garnish
Garam masala powder (Whole spice powder) 1 tsp


️METHOD ️

Karhai mein zeera, oil aur pyaz dal ker translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein.

Beef qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.

Adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.

Zeera,kali mirch,lal mirch powder,haldee powder,dhania powder,namak,tez pata,loung taman masala dal ker 1-2min cook karain.

Ab Tamatar add karain aur dhak ker 15 min kay liayay cook ker lain.

Akher main garam masala,kasori methi aur green chilli dal dain.
