INGREDIENTS

Khameer (Instant yeast) ½ tbsp
Cheeni (Sugar) 1 tsp
Maida (All-purpose flour) 4 Cups
Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
Yogurt (Dahi)1/2cup
Oil 2 tbs
Pani (Water) warm 1/2 Cup or as required
Anda (Egg) 1

Filling
Beef qeema (Beef mince) 500 gms
Tomato puree 1/2cup
Red pepper paste 1tbsp
Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped 2 medium
Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 tsp
Garlic powder(Lehsanpowder)1 tsp
Turkish green chili 2
Yellow bell pepper 1/2
Oil 3tbsp

Cheese Filling

Cheddar cheese grated
Mozzarella cheese grated as required
Eggs

Prepare Dough

Bowl mein khameer,cheeni,neem garam pani,anda,dahi aur oil dal ker ache tarhan mix karein

Maida dal ker ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein aur dhak ker 1 hours kliya rakh dein.

Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein.Dough tayyar hai.

Karhai mein oil aur beef qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.

Ab is main piyaz add karain 1-2 min pakaain ,ab tomato puree,red pepper paste,namak,red chili flacks aur garlic powder shamil karain mazed 1-2 min cook karain akher main hari mirch or shimla mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.

Dough ko pieces mein cut ker lein aur maida chirak ker rolling pin ki madad sa oval shape mein bail lein.

Baking tray per maida chirak dein aur rolled dough rakh dein.

Ab is main qeema ki filling dalain.

Edges/sides ko fold ker ka boat shape bana lain.

Cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,ya egg dal dain.

Preheated oven mein 200 C per 20 minutes ya golden brown hunay tak bake ker lein.

Thanda hunay ka bad slices mein cut ker lein & serva karein.
