Beef kebab | How to make kachay qeema ka kebab

INGREDIENTS

️Besan (Gram flour) sifted 1/4cup
️Beef qeema (Beef mince) 500 gms
️Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) 1tbsp

️Anda (Egg) 1
️Tomato 1
️Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1

️Hari mirch (Green chilies) 2 to 3
️Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 3tbsp
️Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste

️Dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1tsp
️Zeera powder (Cumin) 1 tsp
️Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1tsp
️Oil for frying


Directions

Kachay Qeema ka Kebab:

️In bowl, add beef mince, ginger garlic paste, egg, onion, green chilies, fresh coriander, salt, coriander seeds, cumin powder, red chili crushed, gram flour, tomato and mix well.

️Grease hands with oil,take a mixture and make a kebabs of equal sizes.

️In frying pan,heat oil and fry kebabs on low flame.

️Bowl mein beef qeema,adrak lehsan paste,anda,pyaz,hari mirch,hara dhania,namak,dhania,zeera powder,tamater,lal mirch crushed aur besan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.

️Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur mixture ka ek jaisay size ka kebabs bana lein.

️Frying pan mein oil garam karein aur kebabs ko halki ancch per fry ker lein (approx.4 minutes each side).
