INGREDIENTS

Pocket Dough:

Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 Cups
Cheeni (Sugar) 1 tbs
Khameer (Instant yeast) 1 tbs
Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbs
Pani (Water) Warm 1cup or as required

Qeema stuffing

Oil 2 tbs
Pyaz (Onion) chopped 2
Beef qeema (Beef mince) ½ kg

Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic )1tbs
Lal mirch (Red chili) Crushed 1/2 tbsp Dhania (Coriander) ½ tbsp
Kali mirch powder (Black pepper) ½tsp

Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
Garam masala powder(Whole spice) ½ tbsp
Hari mirch (Green chili) 1

Hara dhania (Coriander leaves) 2tbsp
Podina (Mint leaves) 1tbsp

Yogurt Dip

Dahi (Yogurt) strained 1 Cup
Safaid mirch (white pepper) 1/4 tsp
Lehsan powder (Garlic powder)1/4 tsp
Namak (Salt) 1/4 tsp or to taste

In lukewarm water,add instant yeast,sugar and mix well,cover and let it rest for 5 minutes.

In bowl add all-purpose flour,salt,oil and knead until dough is formed.

Grease your hands with oil and grease the dough.

Cover and let it rest for 45 minutes or until double in size.

Knead dough again,take a small dough and make a ball.

Sprinkle flour and roll out dough with the help of rolling pin.

Option 1: Heat pan and place pita,cook on low flame from both sides.

Option 2: Place pita breda on baking tray and bake in preheated oven at 230 C for 5-6 minutes.

For Mince Filling

In frying pan,add oil and onion,mix well.

Add mince,mix well and cook until changes color.

ginger garlic crushed and mix well. Add all spices mix & cook until done.

Add fresh green chili,coriander & mint set aside.


For Yogurt Dip

In bowl,add yogurt,white pepper ,garlic powder and salt and whisk well.

Assembling

Cut pita bread from the center,stuffed with cooked mince filling,ice berg,tomato chili sauce,cucumbers ,yogurt dip & serve.

Neem garam pani mein khameer aur sugar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.

Bowl mein miada,oil aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.

Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur dough ko grease ker elin.

Dhak dein aur 45 minutes ya size double hunay tak rakh dein.

Dough ko dubara ghond lein aur chota dough la ker ball bana lein.

Atta chirak dein aur dough ko rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.

Option 1: Tawa garam karein aur pita bread ko rakh ker halki ancch per dono sides sa paka lein.

Option 2: Pita bread ko baking tray per rakh dein aur preheated oven mein 230 C per 5-6 minutes kliya bake ker lein.

For qeema

Frying pan mein oil aur pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur qeema dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak paka lein.

Adrak lehsan crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.

Tamam masalay dal ker mix karein aur 2 say 3 min cook karain.
