Stuffed Capsicum also known as Bharli Dobli Mirchi in Marathi is a delicious side dish made by stuffing capsicum with potato, peas and spice mixture. Try this recipe at home and share your feedback in the comments below.

Ingredients:-
Capsicum, cut from top & deseeded
4 Potatoes, boiled&peeled
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1 tbsp Mix Masala
Coriander leaves
Salt
1 tsp Ginger-garlic, crushed
1/2 cup Peas
1 Spring Onion, chopped

Method:-
Take a capsicum, chop off the top, stuff it with potato & peas mixture.
Heat a pan, place the stuffed capsicum on it, close the lid and let it fry for 15-20 minutes.
Open the lid and serve it on a plate.

Our Stuffed Capsicum is ready to eat.
