Ingredients:-
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Ginger-garlic, crushed
1 tsp Cumin seeds
10-12 Curry Leaves
1/2 tsp Asafoetida
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1/2 Bunch Spinach, chopped
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
Coriander leaves
1 Tomato, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tbsp Mix Masala
Salt to taste
Water as required
1 cup Tur Dal, cooked

Method:-
In a vessel, heat oil add asafoetida, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, ginger-garlic, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, onion, tomatoes, saute them till the onion and tomato softens.
Add salt, coriander powder, mix masala, spinach, dal, water, mix well and give it a boil.
Our Palak Dal is ready to serve.
