Learn how to make Moong Dal Chilla at home with Chef Seema Gadh on Swaad Anusaar.

Moong Dal Chilla is a healthy snack recipe that you can make for your kids. Made with ground moong dal, spices and coriander this recipe will surely be a hit in your kids tiffin. Do try this Cheela recipe at home and share your feedback in the comments below.

Ingredients:
Ginger, chopped
2 Green Chillies, chopped
Moong Dal, washed & soaked
Water as required
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder
Red Chilli powder
Oil for greasing
Coriander leaves

Method of preparation:
In a mixer jar add ginger, green chillies, moong dal, grind well without water.
Add some water to the mixture and grind it coarse.
Take the mixture out in a bowl, add water, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan, take a laddle full of batter and make a disc like shape.
Sprinkle some coriander leaves, spread some oil, flip the chilla and let it cook on both sides.
