Young newly-weds Nicole and Nathan kick-start the competition in Plymouth with an ambitious fine dining menu. First to arrive are Richard and Sonya, who love the finer things in life, and they're followed by Tracey and Daryl. Nicole and Nathan's tattoos don't go down too well with Tracey, and their food, cleanliness levels and cutlery don't impress her much either. The next day, Tracey and Daryl are extremely confident about their menu. But there are a few mistakes, which Nicole and Nathan are keen to point out.
