Ingredients
For Batter:
1 cup Gram Flour
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Carom seed
Coriander
1 tsp Garlic, grated
1 tsp Ginger, grated
Water as required
2-3 Green Chillies, finely chopped

For Potato Bhaji:
1 Potato, cut into thin round slices
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt to taste
Gram Flour Batter
Oil for Frying

Ingredients for Spinach Bhaji:
8-10 Spinach Leaves
Gram Flour Batter
Oil for Frying

For Onion Bhaji:
2 Onions, sliced
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1/4 tsp Carom seeds
1/2 tsp Red chili powder
Coriander
1/2 tsp Ginger, grated
1/2 tsp Garlic, grated
2 Green Chillies, finely chopped
Gram Flour Batter
Water as required

Method for Batter:
In a bowl add gram flour, salt, cumin powder, red chilli powder, carrom seed, fresh coriander, grated garlic, grated ginger, water as required and mix well
Once done keep it aside.

Method for Potato Bhaji:
Heat oil in a kadhai.
Marinate potato slices with salt & red chilli powder, gently rub the spices on the potatoes keep it aside to rest for 4-5 minutes.
Now add finely chopped green chillies to the prepared batter & mix well.
Dip the marinated potatoes into the batter and fry them till golden brown & crisp.
Once done, remove them out on a kitchen paper to remove the excess oil
Your potato bhaji is ready.

Method for Palak Bhaji:
Take few spinach leaves wash them and pat them dry
Now coat the palak with the prepared gram flour batter and fry till golden brown & crisp.
Once done, remove them out on a kitchen paper to remove the excess oil.
Your palak bhaji is ready

Method for Onion Bhaji:
In a bowl add sliced onions, salt, cumin powder, carom seeds, red chilli powder, fresh coriander, grated ginger, grated garlic, finely chopped green chillies, gram flour, water as required & mix them well.
Once ready, fry them till they turn golden brown & crisp.
When done, remove them out on a kitchen paper to remove the excess oil
Your Onion Bhaji is ready.
You can serve the bhaji's with green chutney, tomato ketchup or any dip of your choice.
