Pre-heat the oven - 180°C
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Palin Flour
1/2 Cup Castor Sugar
1/4 tsp Soda bicarb
1/4 tsp Baking powder
A pinch of salt
1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder
1/2 Cup Curd
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 1/2 tbsp Vanilla Essence
3/4 Cup Carrot, grated
5 Inch Tin
Method of preparation:
Sift in all the dry ingredients in a bowl and keep it aside.
In another bowl add all the wet ingredients, whisk them together
and simultaneously start adding the dry ingredients.
Add carrot to the mixture and our batter is ready.
Now pour the batter into a tin and keep it inside a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180°C
Once it's done unmold the cake on a wire rack.
Our Carrot cake is ready.
