Ingredients:-
Lemongrass
Basil Leaves
2-3 cups Water
2 Cinnamon Sticks
2-3 tbsp. Jaggery
5 Cardamoms
1-inch Ginger
1 tsp. Fennel Seeds
6-7 Black Peppercorns
2 Cloves
1 tsp. Tea Powder
Method:-
- In a saucepan heat water and add lemongrass, basil leaves, cinnamon, jaggery and cardamoms.
- Crush together the ginger, fennel seeds, black peppercorns and cloves in a mortar and pestel.
- Add the crushed ingredients to the boiling tea mixture followed by tea powder.
- Boil for 5 minutes and drain through a sieve and serve hot.
