Ingredients:
2 cups Water
1 inch Ginger, crushed
4 Black Pepper
2 Cloves
2 Green Cardamom
1 Cinnamon stick
1 tsp Fennel seeds
6 tsp Sugar
3 tsp Tea powder
1 cup Milk
Method of preparation:
In a vessel heat water, add ginger and let it boil.
In a pestle, add black pepper, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon stick, fennel seeds, crush it coarsely and add it into the water.
Let the ingredients boil in water, add sugar and tea powder.
Let it boil for a minute and then add milk.
Give it a final boil and switch off the flame.
Strain the tea in a kettle and our Masala Chai is ready.
