Strengthen Lower Back with Yoga Side Plank Pose

An excellent pose for strengthening the lower back and building core strength. As this is a challenging pose, start with what you can do and work your way up to 30 seconds per side. Do 3 repetitions per side.

If your core and lower back are strong you can hold for 1 minute and even build up to 3 minutes per side.
