Restaurant/Dhaba Style Punjabi Aloo Paratha [Potato Stuffed INDIAN Wheat Bread] is quick and easy for breakfast or Tiffin. Enjoy it with Butter, Curd, Cheese, Yogurt, Tomato Ketchup, Mint Chutney, Mustard Sauce etc.

---INGREDIENTS---
- Boiled Potato.
- Chopped Onions & Garlic.
- Chopped Green Chilies.
- Dhaniya/Coriander Leaves.
- Any Pickle Masala.
- Roasted Cumin/Jeera & Red Chili Powder.
- Salt & Amchur/Chat Masala.
- Wheat Flour/Atta.
- Cooking Oil.

---RECIPE---
Boil the Potatoes and mash it.
Now add chopped Onion, Garlic, Green Chilies, Salt, Roasted Jeera/Cumin, Red Chili Powder, Coriander Leaves, Amchur/Chat Masala and any Pickle Masala.
Mix it well.
Make a firm dough of Atta/Wheat Flour and do the stuffing then close it.
Roll them with soft hands.
Cook them over Non-Stick Tawa and apply Oil periodically.
Enjoy it with Butter, Curd, Cheese Yogurt, Tomato Ketchup, Mint Chutney, Mustard Sauce etc.
