Indy Naíse, a singer-songwriter mezzosoprano came from Juazeiro-Bahia very young to the city of Sao Paulo, where got her first time on stage in June 2014 and won prizes in the two categories "Technical Jury" and "Popular Jury" of the Festival de Música Ala Guarujá in 2014 and 2015.
Indy Naíse is formed in Singing and Regency.
In 2015, her samba "Ancestralidade" (in partnership with Camila Trindade) had more than 100 thousand views through the page "Brasileiríssimos" and, more recently, more than 300 thousand views by the YouTube channel Buscofem.
In 2016, Indy had participation of documentary 'Espelhos do Racismo', a campaign created by the Non Profit Organization Criola, singing 'Ancestralidade' her composition with Camila Trindade. The documentary won four prizes in Cannes Lion Festival, France.
Also participated of the TEDxSaoPaulo with the theme 'Pluralidade'. In 2017 Indy Naíse was guest singer in the TV programe “Encontro com Fátima Bernardes” when sang 'Águas de Março' to celebrate the birthday of acclaimed brazilian musician Tom Jobim.
Indy Naíse, considered a talented singer promise of Brazilian popular music, is going with plans to release his first album this year, including songs composed with musicians Airton Júnior, Renato Pessoa, Aloysio Letra, Neco Vieira, Gabrille Rainer, Yasmin Olí and Thomas Bentancour.
The woman, the periphery and the black people: are three words that summarize not only the music of Indy, but also the reality of Brazil. The original work of this composer and interpreter shows us this in a ruthless and direct way.
