Ingredients:-
2 tbsp. Oil
¼ kg. Red Pumpkin, grated
150 gms. Jaggery
Salt, to taste
1½ cup Wheat flour
Oil for frying


Method:-
- In a pan add 1 tbsp. oil, red pumpkin, jaggery, salt and mix well until jaggery melts.
- Let the mixture cool down to room temperature.
- Then add wheat flour to this mixture.
- Now add 1 tbsp. Oil and knead into a dough.
- Make small balls of the dough and flatten them with a rolling pin as shown in the video.
- Heat oil and fry these until fluffy.
