Detailed recipe for the Nigerian Doughnut - \r
\r
The Nigerian Doughnut is basically the Old fashioned Yeast raised kind of Doughnut and it is often fried just like the Nigerian Puff puff and not baked. Here is the question I get asked a lot – Can the Nigerian doughnuts be baked? I would really advice frying them if you want to make this recipe, its very likely you will not like the outcome if you bake them as the recipe for baked doughnuts is much different.\r
\r
