Lucky Texas. I forgot to pay my water bill one month. I had more than enough money, it was just a hectic month (December). My bill was due on the 5th. They shut my water off at 6am on the 15th. I called and asked if they were working on shit, and some smug cunt got all cunty about my bill being late. I was like, it's the 10th day today, I get its late, I just submitted the payment online, why are you such a cunt. She told me it would be 3 days before they could come turn it back on. I told her to get fucked, cut the lock off the valve and turned it back on myself.
