Lepidus: What manner o' thing is this room?
Antony: It contains, sir, all of itself, and it is as broad as it hath breadth; it is just as high as it is, and contains its own furniture.
Lepidus: What color is it of?
Antony: Of its own color too.
Lepidus: 'Tis a strange room.
Antony: 'Tis so. And the walls of it are solid.
[] I'm from Minnesota. There is nothing more beautiful than being in Wisconsin for a weekend and hitting up a liquor store on the way back Sunday. Absolute freedom right there.
[] Where can I go to read it? Is there a website or anything?
[] There is a reason for every firing. They don't have to divulge it however. But sometimes you can know / prove the reason without them explicitly telling you.
[] Well I would say go with what you want to do. At the end of the day it's your life and no matter what kind of pressure your father puts on you it's important to remember that. Pick up a part time job as well to keep yourself busy and away from your father if you have to. It'll get better.
[] Yes, it was!
And don't call me Shirley!
[] Yup! Seriously. It's a simple technology that, if underused or missing, can lead to debilitating gum disease and/or heart disease.
[] She owes me.
[] Most of that went to tax relief. About $110 billions went to infrastructure.
[] Norway
[] I used to work at a Best Buy in central NJ. A customer called and asked if we sold boat motors. I asked "Boat motors?" to make sure I didn't mishear them. I didn't. They were asking if we sold boat motors at a Best Buy.
[] Look on the bright side. You probably made Ray's friends and families feel just that much little better by showing up, even if you didn't know him. They were probably like "Who was that cute young'un who showed up?" with some added mystery of maybe that didn't know everything about ol' Raymond.
[] I don't agree that those images have no effect on the people who view them
[] Unless they still hugely benefit from the wrong actions of their ancestors and do nothing to compensate...?
[] It really is not contentious. They wiped an entire ethnic and faith community off the face of the earth.
Well you can add the crusade of Asia minor, the various purges of heretic communities, the elimination of early Gnostic communities, the actual crusades.
Then moving from genocide too made murder you can begin at Catholic missionaries converting Germanic tribes then enlisting converted tribes to massacre pagan tribes.
Then recent examples of the church run slave trade in children in England, Ireland and America.
You can also add the Catholic church endorsing and taking wealth from the genocide of South American people.
You can add the Papal level support of the Nazi genocide.
You can do some research into the Catholic church taking a 'neutral' stance during the Rwandan genocide, then the Catholic led ethnic cleansing of Baltic Muslims.
If you doubt the Albigensian Crusade was genocide then I can only encourage you too research the way the church consolidated it's version of Christianity in Europe.
I especially encourage you to look at the way they elimated heretics.
[] But they don't have sugar, right? Just glaze. /s
[] Potbelly pig and an elephant
[] It must be nice having your deep knowledge of a narrow field become relevant out of nowhere.
[] Oh god I could hear that smack on the water
[] I used to have a job over the weekend in an italian restaurant, serving food.
Suddenly food-shows and restaurant shows, both about professionals and amateurs became a hype.
In one of these shows they said you can measure the quality of service on the time the waiter needs to pick up a napkin you drop. Never picked up so many damn napkins in my life.
I had a table that wanted to taste the house-wine and they were really fussy about it. Since it was a slow night, I agree and poured out a glass. This glass went around the 6 person table where everybody took a sip and commented that "something just wasn't right".
The last person figured it out: there was cork in the bottle. The entire table agreed and said I should throw this bottle away and bring them a new one.
Had to try very hard keeping a straight face when I told them it came in plastic kegs without cork.
[] "Does your chili have chili in it?"
"This thing called Vegetarian Flatbread...is there meat in that?"
[] Rugggggbbbbyyyyy those tiny shorts are just the best. Plus, I never get shots of bare ass during a game in any other sport.
[] And the Astroglide will get you to the moon and back!
(CUE UPROARING AUDIENCE LAUGHTER)
"G'night everybody, you've been great!"
[] Good list, 5 of those movies are in my top 10 (The Neon Demon, 10 Cloverfield Lane, Sing Street, Midnight Special and Swiss Army Man) and I really look forward to seeing Don't Breathe and Hell or High Water. I would also recommend the Korean movie The Handmaiden and the French movie Elle.
[] clearly not the English teacher for you
