The musical fountain in Sentosa in Singapore has been replaced by a newly formed attraction which is a multi-million dollar light and water extravaganza comprising of water showers, lasers, pyrotechnics, water jets, loud music and computer imaging. This new night attraction in Sentosa was opened in April 2007.
This costly production has been designed with the internationally acclaimed and world renowned, Yves Peopin. This attraction is one of its kind in this region that operates in the sea and people watch it from the shore. Situated next to the Express Beach Station in Sentosa, this mystical attraction is a worth watch. There are two shows every night at 7.40 P.M and 8.40 P.M. The total capacity of this open-air amphitheater is around 2,500.
The story that is narrated here is about the sea creatures and this story is told through the medium of light, sound, laser, water and holograms. Colorful lights, and amazing effects of water and sounds make it a brilliant and breathtaking experience for the spectators.
