Easy, Delicious DIY Pesto! - Rustic As F#%K
Pesto is one of those things that you probably normally just buy in a jar. But, you really shouldn't! It's easy to make it yourself, and it'll taste way better. Noah shows you how to make some dope pesto that is also Rustic As F#%K.
RECIPE, for those of you who didn’t take notes during this video. LAME.
Toast 1/3 cup Pine Nuts until golden brown
Put in food processor along with
2 cloves roughly chopped Garlic
Grind up
Add 2 cups roughly chopped Basil Leaves
1/2 cup Parmesan Reggiano Cheese
Squeeze in Juice from 1/4 of a Lemon
Pulse ingredients together
Season with Salt and Pepper
Turn food processor on and add 1 cup Olive Oil
Enjoy sauce on pasta, homemade pizza, or anything you think pesto would taste good on!
