Venezuela: Maduro Addresses UN Human Rights Council

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro is in Geneva where he addressed the U.N. Human Rights Council. He underlined Venezuela's commitment to human rights, but blasted the constant attacks by the U.S. government over the past two decades, the high point of which was the 2002 attempted coup, designed to undermine Caracas. teleSUR
