Lay’s wants you do do their job for them again so they’re running another “Do Us A Flavor” contest. Rejoice as they ruin regional classics by turning them into potato chip flavors!

Last year Kettle Cooked Wasabi Ginger won the contest, but this year it seems they wanted to pit different US regions against each other. The four flavor finalists are Greektown Gyro, West Coast Truffle Fries, Southern Biscuits and Gravy, and New York Reuben. I guess if you’re looking to replace your favorite meals with potato chips then you’re in luck!

You know we’ll be trying all of these flavors as soon as Ti can find them. In the mean time maybe we should get a gyro, truffle fries, biscuits and gravy, and a reuben so that we can hold onto the memory of how great they taste in their true forms.

Do any of these flavors sound good to you? Have you tried any of them yet? How were they? Did you submit a flavor to the contest? Aren’t there enough potato chip flavors already? Is Lay’s trying to start a regional war? Can it be a gigantic nationwide food fight?

TELL US EVERYTHING!!
