Wendy’s is getting spicy! They’ve created a couple of new menu items featuring super-hot Ghost Peppers! And jalapeños, because anything worth doing is worth doing twice. Maybe that’s why Wendy’s decided to put TWO kinds of sauce on their special Ghost Pepper fries.

The good folks at Wendy’s sent us a couple of gift certificates so we could try their new inventions, and we’ve decided to rise to the challenge! Also, free food. We’re trying out their Ghost Pepper fries, which feature diced jalapeños, cheese sauce, and ghost pepper sauce. We’ve also got a Jalapeño Fresco Spicy Chicken Sandwich. We convinced several innocent office mates to try these out… we’ll find out if they live to regret it!

The overlords of Tasted.com love feeding you guys what you love, and you love to watch us try foods for you, so that you don't have to (or so you can decide whether to run out and get some). Thus, we bring you something “Unique” from Wendy’s: Ghost Pepper fries and their Jalapeño Spicy Chicken Sandwich.

Have you tried any of Wendy’s spicy menu offerings? What did you think? What’s your spicy food tolerance? Have you had Ghost Peppers, or worse (better?), those Trinidad Scorpion peppers we tried on Why Would You Eat That? What’s the highest you’ve ever gone on the Scoville Scale?

TELL US EVERYTHING!!
