A little while ago, we told you about how Panda Express, that bastion of Authentic Chinese Cuisine** has finally added a pork item to the menu in the form of Chinese spare ribs. They’re available through July 28th, and the Tasted Team will let you know if they’re worth eating.
**Not a factual claim.
You may recall that Panda Express’s Chinese Spare Ribs are the final creation for the restaurant by departing executive chef, Andy Kao, who also developed Orange Chicken. We got our (soon-to-be) greasy mitts on a platter of the spare ribs, and we’ll let you know if they live up to the proud legacy of the deep-fried sugar balls that preceded them.

The overlords of Tasted.com love feeding you guys what you love, and you love to watch us try foods for you, so that you don't have to (or so you can decide whether to run out and get some). So, we’re bringing you something “Unique” from Panda Express: Chinese Spare Ribs! Okay, spare ribs aren’t that unique for Chinese restaurants in general, but they’re pretty unique for Panda Express.
Have you tried Panda Express’s new entree item? Do you think they’re better or worse than Orange Chicken? How do they compare to other Chinese Spare Ribs you may have tried? What’s your favorite item at Panda Express? Any other fast food entrees you’d like to see the Tasted team try?
