Carlings 2007 - Christopher Columbus
After he had seen the many clips of my postings, my youtube friend Glengillo told me how very impressed he was by the talent of the Carling family from Sweden.
Although 78, Glengillo decided to see the Carlings “live” at some festival. In June he took off from Lincoln UK, taking the bus, the train, an airplane, another train and another bus and ended up several miles from the Stockamollen Jazz Festival in Sweden. He walked through rain and mud and finally made it to the party. He met the Carling family and also filmed several of their performances.
Afterwards he wrote me and promised me these films. I don’t have any videos after 2004 so this 2007 film is quite a wonderful gift for my collection. And on top it of it, it is so well filmed.
