The Maritime and Coastguard Agency in the UK recently rescued several fishermen after their vessel started taking on water. On Tuesday morning, the trawler had been traversing the rough waters off the coast of Scotland when it began sinking under the waves with five crew members onboard.

A coastguard chopper was sent to the scene to assist. The crew was in the water alongside debris by the time rescuers got there. Two of the fisherman were hoisted up to the helicopter and they were airlifted to another trawling vessel called the Star of Hope.
Three other crew members from the doomed ship were also pulled from the freezing waters. The three men were taken to a hospital where they were treated for hypot
