It is an unusual story of a homeless man who moves about with a group of odd people. They are fearless and believe that the world is their own. With such high spirits they keep meeting trouble at every step of the way. Bobby is the man for the street dwellers who must fight the higher powers to get out of the questions of the society. He begins a revolution that soon gains momentum but before he could get any success, a handful of people who do not approve imprison him. Now, Bobby must get out propagating his story.
