Set in Sao Paulo, this is a tale of Romeu, an ophthalmologist and a fanatic supporter of the Corinthians soccer team. He falls for Julieta, who is the daughter of one of the board members (Alfredo Baragatti) of Palmeiras soccer team – the arch rival of Corinthians. In order to get close to Baragati, Romeu puts up the pretence of being a Palmeiras fan and desperately tries to salvage the love affair.
