NYPD officials are hoping to identify and capture a suspect who was caught on camera kicking a woman from behind. The victim was carrying an infant at the time of the incident.

The 24-year-old woman had been walking home from a laundromat on Friday. Her 3-month-old child was strapped to her chest.
With one hand she held a cellphone up to her ear and in other, she was carrying a bag. The suspect was walking on the same sidewalk in the opposite direction, as she continued moving and chatting on the phone.
When she was past him, the man turned around and began trailing her. He then ran towards her and jumped-kicked her.
Both the woman and her infant fell to the ground. The suspect quickly bent down and grabbed her cell phone before fleeing.
Police obtained surveillance footage from the crime and have been able to identify the man as 18-year-old Alonzo Brown. Investigators are now asking for tips to help them locate and arrest him.
The victim and her baby boy were taken to the hospital. They have since been released.
