Venezuelan FM tours OPEC countries in attempt to stabilize oil prices

Venezuelan Foreign Minister Rafael Ramirez is in Qatar today as part of a multi-country visit of other OPEC nations. Ramirez hopes to align with other oil producing countries to stabilize crude oil prices that have dropped 25% as a result of overproduction. teleSUR
