Ukraine-Russia-EU gas agreement still not reached

The European Commission cancelled a news conference Wednesday originally called to report on its outlook on gas supplies. Ongoing negotiations between Russia, Ukraine and the EC in Brussels forced the cancellation. The three parties had hoped to reach a deal, but differences on payments prevented an agreement. teleSUR
