Ban Ki-moon tells world leaders of dark horizons

UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon told world leaders gathered at the 69th UN General Assembly that the horizon for hope has darkened in the recent period. His remarks were in reference to the death of thousands and displacement of millions in recent conflicts and the accompany violence.
