Compliment your Indian meal with tomato chutney! You can also use it in a sandwich, or in a roti-roll or with chips and nachos- the chutney makes your snack tangy, interesting and delicious! Veena Gidwani in this video shows you how to make this quick and easy dip!
Ingredients:
4 medium sized tomatoes, finely chopped

1 medium sized onion, finely chopped

2 green chilies, finely chopped

1 inch piece of ginger, finely chopped

Few coriander leaves, finely chopped

1 tsp of coriander powder

½ tsp of salt

2 -- 3 tbsp of vegetable oil
