Here's the recipe so you can measure things, since baking is science:

Brown Sugar Pumpkin Pie

One 12" circle of pie dough, one for making leaves

Preheat oven to 375

1- 15 ounce can of pumpkin purée or 2 cups of fresh pumpkin purée
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until well blended. Pour in Pie plate pastry dough and bake for 50- 60 minutes or until pumpkin custard is set. Let cool before serving.

Also, top it off with some whipped cream if you want, it's amazing!
