Resistance band chest workouts can cover all areas of your chest, depending on the angle that you employ to complete each workout.
Remember, exhale when you push and inhale once you return to your initial position. One more suggestion, when you do resistance band chest workouts find a comfy and steady position. This will likely reduce the chance of losing your balance and/or pulling muscles. One foot forward is also the best choice.
