Okay, so beer only partially fixes one aspect of this particular problem. But it's still pretty cool. Scientists in Europe have discovered that marinating meat in beer before grilling greatly reduces the number of cancer-causing PAH compounds that are formed during the cooking process. That's pretty awesome sauce. Or awesome marinade. We're not sure.
