Stretching for flexability

This video explains some simple basic stretches after a good workout that should be done daily......We are born with ultimate flexibility, but as years pass we pick up many toxins in the body that build up and hinder maximum performance within...with stretching you can alleviate sore back, tight calf & leg muscles as well as cramps....Most stiffness comes from a lack of (basically) 2 things, a lack of magnesium and flexibility.... If the body is provided with (natural) magnesium which can be found in "Epsom Salt" yes...! raw Epsom salt...that's what i use....along with stretching and things will began to move in the body.... I speak from experience.....anyway research and you will see for your self...the many wonders of "Epsom Salt:...*****NOT THE FRAGRANT KIND*** "PLAIN EPSOM SALT"
