Often as musicians we are told that we can't do certain exercises; well who ever came up with such rules are no longer around today! All rules are just that,rules__ they are not principles. The difference between a rule and a principle is one (the rule) can be changed at will while the other (principle) will never change regardless of will. You see a simple principle of life is; a lack of exercises causes the body to be weak regardless of how healthy you eat. Food only nourishes (fuels) the body (keep it going) like gas in a car engine. Exercise strengthens the body to help keep you physically strong & keep you going. It's like giving your engine a tune up. So it works the same way in music. this video shows you how to keep the body strong enough to support your musical hobbies without the wear & tare on the body joints because of premature exercises. Over time, half motions (regardless of what type they are) will eventually wear down the joints in the body due to a lack of "Full motion". In video (1 & 2) I will show you how to avoid long term damage to certain regions of the body and how to properly exercise those regions to keep you strong through out your hobby career.
