Hartke A70 Amplifier Combo Inches Review

Ive used this amp for 4 months in a small rock combo. I wanted something you could carry in one hand but still sounded OK. Mission accomplished. I was worried that the 12 inch speaker wouldnt have enough bass but that isnt a problem. This is a great sounding amp, perfect for small venues. And you can always mike or go direct into the PA in a big room. Gripes The kickback feature is really nice and I use it often but the large rubber bumpers get knocked off easily. One even got ripped in half. Very cheap construction as the bumpers are only held on with small wood screws. I made a couple of polycarbonate ones at a machine shop and havent had a problems since. Secondly, I wish this amp had a second channel with a volume control. There are times when you are only practicing and just need to plug in a guitar or something.
