Let me ask you a question, what was good about your day?

That’s an easy answer for us because we work from home and here I am out for a walk by the lake in the middle of a Monday afternoon.

I often get a negative response to this question.

A list of everything that is wrong.

All the assorted problems in life.

And there is the problem.

You are living out the story that you keep telling yourself.

Some people are stuck in their stories.

How long do you want that to be your story?
