00:00We probably came here a little bit concerned that hopefully it doesn't take us a quarter or two to get playing our style of footy and Rokewood's credit, they put it right up to us and we probably dominated halfway through the second quarter but just didn't kick a score because they cluttered us up but we spoke at half time about professionalism and what we need to do and I think we defensively started to work on a couple of their backs that were playing loose and it changed the game so it was good.
00:24It just managed to break the game up late in that third quarter and then went on with it in the last. In these big games at this time of the year you want to be finishing the game strongly.
00:34Yeah certainly and that's a very pleasing thing today that we finished strongly and it was a good effort across the board too that we had some of our keys that probably didn't play as much game time as usual and it was positive to have Sean back and playing forward because Tommy Brand is still playing well and even Dano who has got a bit of age but his experience and his leadership is great and you've got Andy and Blackburn and Carrick to come back in in the next couple of weeks so it's positive but it's one week at a time still.
01:03It really is isn't it? You're in the Central Highlands coaching for the first time this year. I'll tell you what, you've come in and there probably hasn't been a tighter season. You win today, you move up a couple of spots but you've got a tough one next week and the shoe could be on the other foot. That's how quick things can turn around.
01:19Yeah it certainly is. We had a very big debrief meeting as a group this week about how the season looks and everyone who they play. It's a positive for the Central Highlands how lively and healthy it is and even some of the bottom sides are really improving as well. The competition is alive and well and I don't think you can discount anyone at the minute because if anyone's playing well it's anyone's to win.
01:43And that's the good thing. You've said right through that you don't feel that the boroughs have been producing their best football. You've been a long way off it but you've only dropped a handful of games and now's the time to be playing well isn't it? You want to be part of the finals action and that's when you want your best football.
01:59Yeah certainly and we feel we're on a bit of a passage this year just to keep getting better and we've done two weeks in a row we have. If we can continue to roll and it's not going to be easy but get better I think we can do something this year and win some finals but we've certainly got to get there first.
