This easy pumpkin and chickpea soup is ideal for the colder months when it is bone-chilling and wet outside. There is nothing better than being at home and enjoying this warming and tasty soup. This winter soup/fall soup is gluten-free and also suitable for vegans!

400g/14oz Pumpkin
400g/14oz of precooked Chickpeas
100g/3.5 oz Red Onion
150 g/5oz Chard
2 small cloves of Garlic
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1000ml/5 cups Water
